All of our Kickstarter backer rewards for The Bard's Tale IV are being distributed via CrowdOx. CrowdOx is a web site that lets you download, manage and change your rewards.
With CrowdOx, you can choose to create a backer account with them, or you can skip the account and use email only.
CrowdOx Account
If you want to create a CrowdOx account, please visit their sign up page and create an account. To see your rewards, you must use the email address you used to back the game.
After you have signed up, you will receive an email from CrowdOx asking you to confirm your account. Click the link inside, and your account will be active!
From there, you can login to CrowdOx to see your reward records, check your backer survey, and get your digital rewards & game keys.
How to View Backer Survey
To view your survey, click the "View Survey" button next to your game. This will let you see the status of your CrowdOx backer survey, as well as all of the details of your chosen rewards.
How to Get Downloads & Game Keys
To get your downloads & game keys, click the "Digital Downloads and Keys" button in the navigation bar at the top of the page. From there you can receive all of your digital rewards.

Email Only
If you do not want to create a CrowdOx account, and prefer to just receive emails with your rewards, then you can receive your backer survey using email.
To do this, please visit this page. You must enter the email address you used to back the game. After doing so, will receive an email with your backer survey.
Once your backer survey has been completed, or new rewards are available to you, CrowdOx will send you an email containing them and any additional instructions.
CrowdOx Doesn't List Rewards or Recognize Email
If you backed the game with a different email address from what you used on Kickstarter, or changed your email address at some point, CrowdOx may not show your rewards. If this is the case, you will need to contact either CrowdOx support or us, and we will help resolve the problem with you.
Missing CrowdOx Emails
If you are not receiving any emails from CrowdOx, please check your spam folder and see if they turned up there. We also recommend white listing emails from CrowdOx to avoid future issues receiving them.
