Torment's backer boxes have shipped as of March 16th, 2017! Additionally, as of early May 2017, reships have begun for any applicable backers.
Torment's physical goods shipped via UPS. You will receive a tracking number as part of your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Address Changes & Delivery Issues
If you receive a shipping confirmation, and the shipping address your package is being sent to is incorrect, or you encounter another delivery issue, you can use the button at the UPS web site under your tracking page to request changes to your shipment. You will need to create a UPS account to do so.
Please note: If the shipping address provided is incorrect, and your shipment arrives at the wrong address before you are able to correct the issue, then UPS will not be able to change the address after that point. In such a case, please submit a support request and we will assist you further.
Emails from MPO
We are working with MPO Distribution and Techland Publishing to deliver your physical goods for Torment. If an issue is identified during shipping, such as an incomplete or incorrect address, you may receive an email from MPO asking for you to correct the problem. If you have more questions or concerns about any communications you receive from MPO, Techland, or any other third parties, please submit a request and let us know.
Signed Collector's Edition boxes require some extra time due to the additional turn-around for the signing process. We are working on getting these sent out as soon as possible and will contact everyone as they roll out.
UPS Delivery Issues
Some situations may occur where UPS in unable to process your shipment properly. The most common cases of this we have seen include users who have provided PO boxes as their address, or have incomplete information (such as first name, but no last name). In the event we are unable to resolve these issues with you directly, MPO may be required to ship to you using standard tracked postal service instead of UPS.
