The shipping address deadline for our first wave of Torment backer goods shipments was January 27th, 2017. If your information was up to date on your Torment rewards by the deadline, your shipment will be sent to the correct address.
If your information was not up to date by that deadline, then we will attempt to ship to the previous address you provided (so long as you did provide one).
Shipping Address Changes & Delivery Issues
If you receive a shipping confirmation, and the shipping address your package is being sent to is incorrect, or you encounter another delivery issue, you can use the button at the UPS web site under your tracking page to request changes to your shipment. You will need a UPS account to do so.

UPS Delivery Issues
Some situations may occur where UPS in unable to process your shipment properly. The most common cases of this we have seen include users who have provided PO boxes as their address, or have incomplete information (such as first name, but no last name). In the event we are unable to resolve these issues with you directly, MPO may be required to ship to you using standard tracked postal service instead of UPS.
